FINEST FORM BOUTIQUE — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love every piece you receive from Finest Form Boutique. If something isn't quite right, here's exactly how returns work, so there are no surprises.

Our 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return, whether the fit wasn't right or you changed your mind.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returned with all tags and original packaging intact

How to Return an Item

  1. Request your return. Email us at info@finestformboutique.com with your order number. We'll send you our Return Request Form.
  2. Complete the Return Request Form. Fill in your order details, the item(s) you're returning, and the reason for the return. Returns cannot be processed without a completed form.
  3. Ship your return. Once your request is approved, we'll send you the return address. Returns are shipped to our fulfillment center in China. You arrange and pay for return shipping using a tracked service.
  4. Send us your shipping details. Reply with your tracking number and a photo of the sealed package before it's dropped off.
  5. Customs and duties. Because we cover import duties when we ship your order, any customs duties, taxes, or fees on the return shipment are the customer's responsibility. Parcels refused or held because of unpaid charges cannot be refunded.

Items sent back without an approved return request, tracking number, or package photo may not be accepted for a refund.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. We'll email you a confirmation when it's done.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • There are no restocking fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. In these cases we cover all return costs and will send a replacement or a full refund.
