Our 30-Day Return Promise
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it. Whether the fit wasn't perfect or you simply changed your mind, we'll take care of it.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Tags and original packaging must be intact
- Returns must include proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works just fine)
To start a return, email us at info@finestformboutique.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will walk you through the process.
Fast, Reliable Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and we'll send you a confirmation as soon as it's done.
Please note:
- Shipping is always free on all orders — no restocking fees, no surprise charges
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns or sizing exchanges
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us immediately at info@finestformboutique.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll make it right, no questions asked — and we'll cover all return shipping costs in these cases.
